Booking Requirements:

• You must be 21 years or older to book.
• The person who made the reservation must be present at the property for the duration of the stay.

Guest Responsibilities:

• Guests must bring all personal toiletries, including toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in (as per the time shown in the confirmation email).

Children

• Children are allowed.

Pets:

• Pets are allowed.
• Pets must be crated when left alone (not in a closed bathroom or bedroom; they must be in a dog crate if left alone).
• Please be respectful of the property and cleaning team by picking up after your dog.

Events & Parties:

• Events and parties are not allowed.
• Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Smoking:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Smoking is allowed outside the property.

House Rules:

• Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied.
